'Not many know this but…': I’m scared of beetroots, I can’t ride a bike, and I don’t know how to swim. I try (quite feebly) to make up for my deficiencies elsewhere.

Aims for UTS AIA in 2008: I would love to see the UTS Amnesty International Association continue to expand in both its membership and activities, making an active contribution to achieving justice and upholding human rights world wide.

This will be achieved by greater student involvement through interactive and fun activities and events we have planned throughout the year.
'Not many know this but...': I am a hopeless astrology junkie. I have no idea why I believe in the stuff, but I have a tendency to judge people according to their star sign!

Aims for UTS AIA in 2008: I hope that in 2009 AIA will create projects that inspire new members and promote a sense of awareness of international issues and continue to build on and expand valuable inter-university relationships.
'Not many know this but...': In the past four years, I have spent as much time in Australia as I have overseas. I spent 2004 in Italy, walked across Spain in 2005 and spent the first half of 2008 in San Diego, California. I'll be spending 2010 in France. I believe home is not the city you were born in, but the world where you live.
